1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using this website to download or view photographs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided
This website is used to deliver digital photographs to clients. Upon payment, clients will receive a link to download the images.

3. Usage Rights
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal purposes only. Commercial use of the images requires a separate agreement.

4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before delivery of any digital photographs. Payment methods accepted are specified during the checkout process.

5. Delivery of Photographs
Digital photographs will be delivered via a download link sent to the client's email address. This link will remain active for [30] days for portraits and [90] days for weddings, after which will expire. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their photographs within this period.

6. Quality and Format
Photographs are delivered in a high-resolution digital format, JPEG. The client acknowledges that the quality of the images may vary based on the device or medium used to view or print the photographs.

7. Refunds and Cancellations
All sales of digital photographs are final. Refunds are not provided once the download link has been sent, except in the case of a technical error that prevents the client from accessing the photographs.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the photographs, including but not limited to, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the photographs.

9. Privacy
We collect personal information, such as email addresses, solely for the purpose of delivering the photographs and communicating with clients. We do not share or sell your information to third parties. We also use this information to communicate of future promotions we may be hosting/offering.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Virginia/Fairfax Country], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
